- To incorporate security measures into software systems and create security architectures in accordance with established standards
- Independently gather information and assess consumer needs
- Work under supervision to ascertain the needs of the client
- independently develop security technologies for several vendors
- Examine security infrastructure holes
- Design, implement, and support security product development
- Display an understanding of market trends and best practices for network security products and services.
- Answering client questions via social media, email, and web chat
- Provide product and service information to inform existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure that client records are accurate.
- Determine the most pressing concerns and inform the team leader and operations team of them.
- Participate fully in team meetings
- Respond to all inquiries politely and professionally.
- Probe and solve consumer inquiries and offer reasonable and satisfactory answers. Report any problems to the team supervisor.
- Responsible for conducting an audit of employee reimbursement transactions; when conducting the audit, discussions with vendors and associates are required.
- Follow internal policies, procedures, and processes as established.
Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification, followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
Experience Required - For this post, a minimum of 6 months of experience is desirable.
