- Utilise video calls to verify customers' KYC (Know Your Customer) information remotely.
- Make ensuring that all KYC procedures are carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- By asking the right inquiries, gather and validate client data, including financial and personal information.
- Verify customer documentation to make sure it is real and valid.
- Enter consumer data precisely into the appropriate databases and systems.
- answer consumer questions and offer instructions on the video KYC procedure.
- Keep accurate records and record all interactions with customers.
- Assure the security and confidentiality of all data.
- When required, follow up with customers and escalate problems to management.
- Keep abreast of any modifications to the rules and procedures governing KYC.
- Keep in mind that the precise tasks and obligations may change based on the business and the sector.
Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
Experience Required - For this post, there is no Previous/ Prior experience needed. Freshers are also eligible for this job Opening/ Recruitment.
